Westside Baptist Church exists for the purpose of impacting people for Jesus Christ. To help them grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; so they can help others come into and grow in a personal relationship with Christ. We do this by committing to:

 Spread the Gospel message of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to all He enables us to reach.

Help people grow and mature in their relationship with Jesus Christ that they might be made perfect in Him.

Encourage people to recognize, develop and utilize their God given gifts and talents for the purpose edifying and growing the body of Christ.

Prepare people to teach others about Jesus Christ.

Assist and support the efforts of our Association partners, the State Convention, North American Mission Board, and the Southern Baptist Convention in every way possible.

Raise the next generation of church leaders in sound theological and doctrinal teaching.

 Donate our time and resources to the work of the local church, our community and the world.
